AAA Employees Donate $2,000 to Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo
BUFFALO, NY, APRIL 1, 2008 --Associates at AAA Western and Central New York raised $2,000 for the Ronald McDonald House last year through various activities and fundraising events. A donation check was accepted by the DeAngelo family of Jamestown, NY on behalf of the Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo, 780 West Ferry Street.
The Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo is an independent facility of a world-wide network, operating solely on the support of the local community. For 25 years, the Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo has provided affordable, comfortable, and safe home-away-from home accommodations for over 17,000 families of ill or injured children receiving treatment at Buffalo area hospitals.
As Upstate New York’s largest motoring and travel organization, AAA provides its 880,000 members with travel, insurance, financial, and automotive-related services.
